Return and Refund Policy

Not what you were looking for? Received an incorrect item? Ordered the wrong product?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible individual items may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund, account credit, or exchange for an item of equal value.

Full-Case Purchases

Full-case and bulk-case purchases are made to order specifically for each customer. Because production begins based on the customer’s order specifications and requested quantity, all full-case and bulk-case purchases are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

Exceptions may be considered only if the merchandise arrives damaged or defective, or if we shipped the wrong product.

Shortages, Damage, or Order Discrepancies

Any shortage, shipping discrepancy, incorrect item, or damage must be reported within three business days of delivery. Please keep all boxes, packaging, wrapping materials, and damaged merchandise until the issue has been reviewed and resolved.

Returns

Before returning an eligible product, please email info@empyreanfiles.com for return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.

Return Requirements

Eligible products must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the shipping date.
  • Unused and in good condition.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Complete with all printed materials, parts, accessories, and exterior UPC codes.
  • Received in resalable condition.

All returned merchandise will be inspected and must be 100% complete before a refund, account credit, or exchange is approved.

Shipping Charges

If a customer returns an eligible product because they are not satisfied with the purchase, ordered the wrong item, changed their mind, or no longer want the product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

We will cover applicable shipping costs only if we shipped the wrong product or the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Disclaimer

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they reviewed and accepted the product description, quantity, and price before completing the purchase.

Refunds will not be issued because of price dissatisfaction, buyer’s remorse, a change of mind, or a later decision that the product is too expensive.

Refunds are considered only for eligible individual-item purchases returned in accordance with this policy, or when merchandise is defective, damaged upon arrival, materially different from its description, or shipped incorrectly. Full-case and bulk-case purchases remain final sale except in those limited circumstances.
